To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

湯底美味 性價比極高

中學的時候經常吃雲桂香，皆因$30就可以吃到一碗配料極足的米線，有芫茜、蔥、芽菜、肉碎、酸菜，我會說比譚仔/三哥更足料呢，不用點其他東西也可以吃得飽。但是因為太抵食，所以每天lunch時段都會有不少的人在排隊，人手不算很多，繁忙時間時平均來說等10-15分鐘。味道方面，小辣得很惹味，但對比譚仔的小辣的話還是淡了一點，但是如果叫中辣是超級辣，完全吃不了，簡直是譚仔的大辣一樣。有一次才知道原來可以叫中小辣，這個程度才是剛剛好吧。湯底真的不錯，可能因為用了很多配料煮出來吧，比較濃味，平時去開譚仔間中來這裹也是不錯的。另外，它的蒜泥白肉都不錯，是麻辣汁，肉包著青瓜，我更喜歡青瓜的清爽，喜歡辣的朋友也可以點。
