To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

週日遠足後去下午茶, 就選了在下車的小巴站對面的生龍。生龍聞名已久, 但一直沒機會去試。既然以清湯腩為名, 第一次來當然吃他的招牌清湯腩麵。阿姐問要瘦肉還是半肥瘦, 這樣也有得揀, 似乎做得很專業, 要吃就當然揀半肥瘦。再者, 招牌牛腩麵加一罐汽水盛惠52大元, 不便宜。對這碗麵就更有期望, 可惜希望越大, 失望也越大。麵端上來分量很少, 牛腩只有五塊不太厚的, 其中一塊全是肥肉。麵是一個麵餅份量, 只有半碗, 配菜有一片蘿蔔和蔥。先試一口湯麵的靈魂 - 湯底。叫得清湯腩, 我自然期待他的麵是煮完牛腩的牛肉清湯, 起碼也應該有牛肉鮮味。結果卻只是淡而沒鮮味的味精水。湯不好, 麵自然不會好吃, 麵質倒還可以。牛腩是煮得夠淋, 肉味不算突出, 說是半肥瘦也實在肥得過份。乘興而來, 卻是吃不飽也不覺得好吃。麵食這種手作仔還是幫襯小店好, 連鎖經營都是工場交貨來, 主事人與食客會有些脫節
