To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

荃灣有許多食肆的選擇，但這店是我家第二愛，因為選擇多，可以日式刺身、拉麵、西式飯麵、日式料理、漢堡等等，想食好啲，還可以食燒牛。我叫了豚肉叉燒牛角包伴薯條。當然豚肉不比牛漢堡juicy, 但很香而脆，要有心理準備乾點，但我覺得幾有特色。配牛角包，軟軟的。薯條是粗粗充滿薯蓉的，食到八成已覺得飽了。還可飲汽水，都是$58，很抵哩！不過略嫌盛載食物的木板舊了點，而家也充滿痕跡，可能幾難徹底清潔。老公就叫了四色刺身丼。一送來，已覺得滿足，因為件件刺身都是厚切，而且味道鮮。特別是蝦，鮮甜美味，還有兩隻👍🏻。三文魚厚而肥美，另一款的魚也厚而肉質鮮。帶子雖然只得一粒，但卻不細，飽滿的。刺身顏色吸引，有睇頭，有質素，抵！
