To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直都很怕吃到有「師傅」的粥，吃完整天都會感到口渴。之前只找到西環利隆生滾粥不含味精，可惜地點較遠不方便。 發現這間粥店不含味精，兼以魚湯煲製，故特前往一試。二人點了一碗白鱔球粥，一碗黃沙豬膶粥，一碟炒麵，一隻咸肉粽。 粥底很綿，有鮮甜魚湯底。白鱔球十分鮮甜爽口彈牙；而豬膶粥十分香滑。炒麵不過不失，有少量冬菇絲，尚算暖暖的，但份量實在是太少，十元一碟不太值。咸肉粽尚可，粽身鬆化，但餡料較少。 食物雖然味美，但份量略嫌不足，是次飯後很快肚餓再往別處食糖水。雖則如此，但其粥品實在令人回味，我亦會再惠顧嘗試其他不同口味的粥品。
