To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次吃叫咗個麻辣魚腩米線，湯底濃郁，魚腩夠入味，夠辣夠過引，直覺認為麻辣燙應該合口味，似返深圳街邊檔的勁度，第二次吃酸辣粉，感覺已經冇第一次咁大驚喜，但依舊心內仲想比多次機會佢，祈待它的麻辣燙，到第三次去，今次真係點麻辣燙了，點知，麻辣燙的湯底好淡，就因為最後一次嚐過麻辣燙後，我已經對呢間食店冇留戀感，講真價格已經比第一次貴咗，份量少咗，而且裝修環境，衞生，待應比我感覺都唔吸引吧！我覺得呢個價錢我仲有好多選擇，可以坐間舒服，食完身上冇油煙味的食店呢
