To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2011年於金鐘大家樂吃了一個名為揚州實為洋蔥炒飯並寫食評,其後可能管理層見到,多年晚市再冇推出。寬別7年再重新推出,此次份量正常,主要有义燒,蝦,少量洋蔥,不過沒有午餐肉(茶餐廳多數有),味道就油左少少。此次突然有番,估計係义燒和蝦存貨過剩急於散貨有關。至於價格係48元(包飲品),比2011年的35元,增幅37%。
