To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 飲茶至遠早香港年代已是假日一家人聚會的首個最好選擇各取所需又可與人同樂, 小點起跳、大眾味道絕佳家庭同樂日之地今日上山祭祖完畢後,選址近在老爺家之翠園開餐大枱久等約需二十分鐘,公眾假這個時間理應接受。。。點心亦在落單後不久一一奉上一碟鑊仔煎三宝$30.煎好過後隨鑊仔呈上,大大隻尖椒在廚娘心目中(大椒)大而不辣可是咬在口中卻乍現微辣,不嚐辣之人士卻要小心(免中招)其次之茄瓜與及豆腐亦泡炸入味,加上簡單之調味鼓油、就成就了簡單之小廚味道另一款煎藕餅$30.亦做得不俗,簡單之娘家味被炸得鬆透之藕餅,也不失一剔之作至古傳統潮洲粉果$21.粉皮不會精瑩剔透,只是現今新派菜館為贏取客人芳心多數以加上澄麵比重令其搓得通透非常,上枱之外型絕級對板、可惜內餡被打磨得較碎,全冇口感可言糟蹋了花生、沙葛等應有之表現。。。很久也沒有在酒樓看上的芝痲卷$21.這天終被我遇上懷舊菜可謂易學難精,小小一碟美點亦是如此、甜度與芝麻香可算恰好只可惜略嫌入口不夠細滑,痴心突然有感錯付 飲茶又起能夠少了鮮蝦腸粉$32.,米漿沒有想像中幼滑、但不至於過粉, 中庸之作、所言之鮮蝦雖然件頭非小, 但就從吃不上鮮味可言燒鵝米粉一

大會之上眾人也認同炒碟粉麵最合適不過, 固喚來一碟彩虹鮮蝦鮑魚粒炒米$106.
盡管更要好之食材,炒得過濕已是一敗畢之作、無錯是過濕不是過油,
就好像浸水之米粉未經隔乾水份而同時落鑊,如果這個缺點可加以改善
理應不俗

懷舊糯米卷$26.傳統之下用上中粉搓成麵糰,繼而卷入炒好食材之熟糯米
大廚一改風格,用上刨得薄薄之芋頭做襯衣,其實改進之下不失為優點、
可惜熟糯米內餡料連花生都出走了,只有老抽調色又調味、又一慳材料之大作

家庭聚會點心例必多,固勿怪廚娘只挑上部份作參詳
反而當日最最為走漏眼而沒有拍照之鼓汁鳳爪,碟底便用上(柚皮)作配
如果大家入開廚都知製作柚皮功夫煩多又浪費時間,下次來這兒不妨勿忘記一個(鼓汁鳳爪)哦!
