To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直很少光顧這間百分百,因為食物真的很一般,價錢亦唔平。見它新裝修,即管再試試食物有否同樣改善。下午茶時間來到,餐牌沒有什麼可選擇,唯有叫炸雞脾薯條,應該不會太差。誰知雞脾送到,賣相不太好之餘,雞脾頗細隻,上面滿是油。因為薯條全部放在雞脾下面,拿出來時全部是油浸薯條,咬下去口感是淋的,而且成口油。最重點是炸雞脾不是脆,完全沒有炸的感覺,一刀切下去還爆血水,要叫侍應再煮熟。這一餐算是極失敗之作。富亨邨一個小屋苑附近只有寮寮數間食肆,其中兩間已被百分百集團佔據,街坊可選擇的不多,只希望餐廳食物及服務質素對得住價錢。
