To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

沒有味的豬扒飯

這間餐廳在醫院內只有一間，所以午餐時候常常都不少人在這裡買午餐，今日決定下去買看到都有四款麵飯選擇，而我就叫了泰式蝦餅配香芧豬扒飯飲熱檸檬茶五十多元不是十分便宜，但又不想去那麼遠最後都決定買外賣回樓上吃。不用五分鐘就可以取走都十分快手，檸檬茶都幾大杯而且夠熱，檸檬味都夠酸茶底都可以，不用落糖都不太苦，飯的蝦餅二片比較細片，味道濃又幾辣味道不錯，有配菜粟米同蕃茄仔都幾好味不過是凍的，豬扒好薄身又少，仲要食落去沒有味道有點梳打粉味不太好味，飯有豉油色味不太咸可以，份量都十分飽肚。
