To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期五晚上6時食元氣，完全唔洗等位，我相信同近期嘅活動有關......可能真係人少咗嘅關係，所有刺身明顯係雪得太耐，未溶得曬雪。叫了生蝦壽司，蝦嘅質量同昔日已經好唔同，昔日好厚肉又爽，但今次的不似預期。熱食叫了軟殼蟹，可惜唔係熱辣辣，食落去林曬。不過薯條，雞翼明顯係即炸，因為好好好熱。薄燒三文魚依然係好味，另試了新出嘅拉麵，清清地。細細碗。另叫了煮食八爪魚，好記得之前係得4，5隻左右，但今之竟然有8隻，成碟係滿滿的。
