To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Staycations 2今次staycations 酒店包左$1200credit, 食左high tea 同晚餐後，心水清嘅我知道仲有credit 可以食多少少嘢「尚廚」就是今次staycations 第三間食店。其實酒店本身都包左自助早餐在「尚廚」進餐。但還掂仲有credit 就試埋佢地嘅外賣啦！我地試左佢嘅海南雞飯同印式雞扒漢堡，外賣仲要跟一罐汽水，酒店以這個價錢都ok 啦。海南雞飯跟足三款醬汁，雞滑配上黃油飯印式雞扒漢堡，漢堡入面夾左些三式椒同生菜，雞扒相反就唔算滑，有點實，個包就底面都煎過，整體都ok嘅。但同盒嘅配角「薯條」就爭返口氣，攞到上房都仲熱和脆，讚「尚廚」嘅自助早餐都有唔少嘢食，點心、粥、粉麵、包點、沙律🥗同最常見嘅西式早餐都有。最驚喜係佢地有part 負責蛋，煎蛋、炒蛋就食得多，佢地竟然連水煮蛋都有，真係驚喜
