心水的Chef studio by Eddy因為有包場活動,情人晚餐於是改為附近的鮨政,之前一直想試該店的豪華海鮮二人木桶丼,於是致電訂座,沒想到接電話的店員一口流利日語,有點意外。我們準時19:00來到,但全店已經滿座,需要等15分鐘才可以安排。今日是情人節,卻沒想到店內只提供普通餐牌,並沒有特設的情人節menu,比起燭光晚餐,節日氣氛的確淡薄了點。八爪魚蕃茄沙律賣相很fresh,頂層鋪了海帶,吃一口,盡是酸酸的梅味,又略帶紫蘇香。師傅將沙律菜、生菜、番茄片和八爪魚片層層排開,圍起一圈,乍看之下很美。這兒的蕃茄沒有半點腥,又甜又香,八爪魚大大片,灑了少許黑椒,帶點香辣,但口感有點韌。雖然沒有啤酒,但心癢癢總是想吃魚乾,這個魔鬼魚乾厚薄很不一,魚鮨末端比較薄脆,非常香口,但厚的位置則有點太韌了。點了帆立貝、三文魚、海膽的三點刺身,三文魚有五片,看起來不算特別厚,紋路很清晰,但入囗味道偏清淡。帆立貝非常厚身,入囗鮮甜,6小件加起來等如原整3粒的份量。海膽刺身來自北海道,點壽司的話要$70/件,刺身則$90,我們選了後者。海膽的顏色呈鮮橙色,入口很綿很清甜,非常特別。點壽司時擺了個小烏龍,
