To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直都想嚟試下國金軒,聽聞中菜頗為出色,終於安排到就嚟會會佢。北京片皮鴨:皮脆肉香,是皮加肉簿切嗰種。簿餅皮算簿,包住片皮鴨,加上醬汁,青瓜,京蔥等,味道濃郁,可惜簿餅皮沒有保持温度,所以食咗兩塊之後再食簿餅皮已變凍了。 生菜包鴨崧:生菜夠新鮮夠爽脆,鴨崧味道香濃,濃味中又帶出清新,這味餸幾有層次感。秘製慢煮烤骨:肉是偏淋,個人不太喜歡,覺得過淋咗,而且汁太甜太濃,好「溜」吓。海皇西施泡飯:海鮮濃湯很鮮味,而且夠熱,用來泡飯非常好,加上脆米,淡淡濃湯泡飯中又有脆脆口感。
