To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間真係我食過最差而唔會想影任何相嘅分店。首先,天花板有滴水問題,會唔會係喺客人用餐嘅頭頂用托盤接住然後掃走呢,係咪換個位都咁難?其次,壽司份量唔平均一件大一件細,咁樣係正確咩?最後,員工服務態度真係差到我覺得自己喺大排檔或者茶餐廳食緊嘢咁,壽司吧嘅同事仲貼心過樓面嘅同事細心同更多地留意客人嘅情況同需要,咁要樓面嘅人為乜?46號位嘅熱水出口位不斷滴水成張台濕晒平時唔會去留意到咩?經理態度都係指一副愛理不理嘅樣,客人要求投訴,只係淡然咁講一句「我哋嘅新制度要投訴唔該去官方網站瀏覽查閱電話號碼。」作為一個經理呢個係應有嘅態度咩?無諗過要去瞭解情況,連投訴熱線都記唔住,真係好好笑囉。既然態度差成咁,收服務費係為乜?坐喺最入面嘅所有客人都唔會去照顧,亦都唔會去收拾餐桌上嘅餐具碗碟,要求埋單時唔會覆單,自數完色碟就自己行走咗。對元氣咁多年嘅支持真係覺得可以停止,做會員咪即係再繼續受氣?這是我食過態度最差嘅分店,無論環境、食物定係餐具嘅衛生情況,都係最差!我唔會再介紹任何朋友去荃灣悅來呢間分店食嘢,駛錢買罪同買氣受!
