日式布置。刺身好食,每樣都幾新鮮。馬刀貝同象拔蚌爽口;吞拿魚新鮮,好食;帶子唔係平時放題一粒粒個隻(柱貝?),而係一片片既,亦唔會好薄切,鮮甜;油甘魚口感略嫌差d ,唔係咁好食。整體刺身都係好食,略優於其他放題。壽司最好食係火灸和牛壽司,入口即溶;鰻魚同蟹棒壽司都幾好食。醬燒蟹柳、火灸三文魚、火灸芝士三文魚、芥辣八爪魚壽司都唔錯。卷物食左花之戀、鰻芝卷、黃金蟹卷同龍蝦和牛卷,細細件唔會好飽,惟餡料太少。仲叫左螺肉做前菜。爐煓燒:一口牛同海蝦幾好食;醬燒花枝丸有花枝味,幾有口感;魚蛋正常鹽燒;雞腎有一件太un食唔到;青椒仔比想像中辣好多,青椒籽好辣。一品料理:芝士焗虎蝦好入味,蝦肉蝦殼配埋醬汁一齊食,口感一流,推薦;芝士焗蠔有驚喜,熱辣辣,配埋個醬汁,好食,推薦;牛仔骨好入味 口感唔錯(當晚無羊架供應,用牛仔骨代替);金菇肥牛卷燒得幾好,好味既牛肉;七味焗雞翼焗得唔錯;豚肉生薑燒有燒汁味,幾好食,略嫌份量多左d;一口牛凍左一般,熱食應該唔錯,份量都係有d多,可能食串燒一口牛會更好;忌廉焗帶子有淡淡芝士味,幾有咬口,但唔夠其他餐廳好食。清酒煮扇貝幾有咬口,但無乜味,似只係整熟然後放落清酒到
整體而言,我最欣賞既係,幾乎所有熱食上枱都係熱辣辣,為尼餐飯加左好多分。可能係平日加上早鳥既關係,餐廳唔算多人,唔會好嘈。性價比都唔錯,抵食。可惜早鳥時段無海膽,要正價時段先有。可以挑剔既係收碟速度偏慢。
