To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢度餐牌既食物相片都好吸引,本來想叫滑蛋蝦仁炒河,但佢話冇河粉咁佢話可以轉飯,咁我話ok,黎到變左蔥花蝦仁炒蛋飯,即係滑蛋變左熟蛋,本身諗住整左就算,男朋友就好嬲,因為佢個撈麵餐都煮得好差,係冇味既,之後佢同侍應講,侍應唔明蔥花蝦仁炒蛋飯同滑蛋蝦仁炒河轉飯有咩唔同,仲叫左個比較高級既員工過黎,雖然佢都唔明,但最後侍應都話再整過俾我地,不過黎到都係熟蛋但冇咁熟,之後我懷疑佢地係整唔到相片個效果,整唔到其實可以講既,我咪叫第二個餐,點解要格梗整俾我呢🥲我好唔鐘意食蝦仁炒蛋,但滑蛋蝦仁係ok,乜真係咁難明咩?滑蛋蝦仁係有芡汁架嘛,蝦仁炒蛋係乾身,點解做飲食可以分唔到?🙂呢間野都係得個外表,食落唔掂。。。。不過檸茶幾得意,冇檸檬,但有檸味。
