To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同姨甥女行完書展已經係夜晚八點幾，拿拿臨搵地方食飯。喺天橋望到呢間冰廳，無諗咁多入座掃code落單。叫咗個焗皇牌鮮茄雞扒飯，姨甥女話好食我食特餐，沙嗲牛肉米+火腿奄列+牛油方包+熱檸水，上餐見到個陣容有d削！切開個火腿奄列，居然一條火腿𢇁都無！再睇吓張單，的確寫住火腿奄列，個餐承恵$60，食水深d喎！即刻同個男侍應講返個情況，佢講咗句”今晚轉咗炒蛋”就繼續送餐。用餐當晚(7月20日)係書展第二日，我明白會展附近嘅食肆係幾咁忙，但都唔等個客投訴先至話奄列轉咗炒蛋囉！如果我唔發現/唔出聲，係咪就唔需要知道呢？店方咁樣嘅處理手法，比人感覺唔老實同埋搏大霧！落單後、上菜果陣大把時間同我講喎！商品說明條例，知道嗎？今時今日$60在灣仔還有其他選擇，這間冰廳試一次就夠，沒有下次！
