Hong Kong Style Meatless Menu Fast Food Salt & Sugar Reduction Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 沒有美食廣場多年，這間大家樂的水準永遠都是保持比其他分店之下，衞生做得不好，曾經檸檬茶杯有奶茶瀝，火腿通粉碗有麥皮瀝。經理態度非常差，舉個例子，食客遇到問題，他每次只會回應：「換過比你！」，從來不會為事件道歉，就已上問題，區議員已經和大家樂溝通，希望會有改善吧！黑椒豬扒飯，其實我已經要求多汁了，但還是沒有太大分別，豬扒有六成是肥肉；越式扎肉肥牛河粉，份量小得驚人，如同小童餐，而且河粉是結結實實的，明顯地已經放在碗內多時，只是放入熱水就送出來。
