To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢個季節,可能好多人都話去BBQ呀、打邊爐呀、蛇羹之類,但係我就偏偏覺得要去食自助餐,因為呢段時間生蠔又肥美、又好味,去蠔吧食都成五六百蚊,但係自助餐只係三四百蚊又任食,而且蠔既質素都非常之好。所以自助餐是眾餐的好選擇。先講冷盤,海鮮吧款式OK,有生蠔、長腳蟹、翡翠螺、大青口同龍蝦仔,款式算齊備,可是除了對生蠔同翡翠螺有興趣之外,其餘都是少嚐。生蠔先前所講不是即開,可是都算新鮮,而且隻隻都肥美飽滿,可是我略嫌太過肥,食落太過Creamy,食得多,好滯,但呢到既cocktail汁實在十分出色,好好味,我覺得配上coctail汁可以減少飽滯感。翡翠螺異常大隻,足足有大半隻手掌咁大,非常鮮甜,食多幾隻都已經夠回本。長腳蟹都好鮮甜,不過蟹腳的Size好參差,時大時細,細時可以好似花蟹咁細,大時可以長過隻筷子。青口係我所見之中最大隻,隻隻連殼時,大到成個網球咁大,嚇我一跳,整體海鮮都算ok。另外,沙律方面都有幾樣選擇,不過唔知點解d生菜好苦,食左兩啖都無再食了,醬汁方面都好多,有意大利醋汁、千島汁、凱撒汁和紅酒汁,仲有好多唔同味道既oliver oil揀,呢一方面唔錯。而凍肉方面,有煙三文魚、煙

而凍肉方面,有煙三文魚、煙青魚和ham等等,質素普通,煙三文魚唔夠油分,ham就唔好食,唔夠咸香,好似無咩味咁。相反地芝士質素唔錯,款式都有幾款,最鍾意Brie芝士,夠軟身,夠味道,搽在餅乾上,十分好味。

每枱都會奉送的即焗有機麵包伴湯同吃,麵包外層香脆,內裡鬆軟,搽上牛油,十分滋味。

刺身櫃的刺身完全俾師父糟蹋了,唔知道係唔係要不規則切出來會滋味d呢?可是係出面食咁耐都未見過好好地一條魚生,會切到無一塊係正常形狀或三尖八角的,一望落去都會覺得唔好食,其次是那些劍魚望落似鱆紅的,完全分唔出係劍魚,食了一轉,已經無心情再食,轉而攻熱盤。

行過烤爐,見到一排排粟米、燒雞同羊膝,即刻向廚師要求一隻雞脾,佢即時在烤爐取出燒雞並切了一隻雞脾給我,味道唔錯,用粗鹽醃雞,雞肉變得嫩滑,外皮鬆脆,好正。

食了兩轉熱盤後,又一驚喜,發現了涼拌鮑魚,即時拎了來食,每一小份都有半隻鮑魚,味道鮮美,下面墊著的中華海草都好好味。最後,食了每位一份的日式蒸蛋,這個好食,從觀感上,這味蒸蛋過老,可是一放入口卻異常嫩滑,清清淡淡,味道唔錯,杯底還有半粒帶子。

最後當然食甜品啦,這裡的甜品款式都算多,夾雜著多國甜品,西式、中式、日式同泰式樣樣齊,味道不俗。除了甜品外,更加不少得雪糕櫃,大約都有8-10款雪糕可以選擇,而且牌子仲係Hagendez及MOVENPICK,味道當然勝過好多酒店的雪糕。

甜品亦都有分大盤、小杯、一口Size同原個蛋糕俾客人選擇,就現場所見,大部份人都對大盤沒有太大興趣,最多都只是那個朱古力蛋糕,其餘都不是太多人去食。反而小杯裝甜品則勝一籌,侍應不斷refill,當然多客人食啦,細細杯,做得都相當精緻。

紅桑子杯評價不錯,唯一可挑剔的是有點過甜。而日式和果子則味道清新。
