To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上週在公仔箱看見麗梅姐推介,看她非常跨獎這裡的湯飯,便趁假期跟蝦子餅由大圍過來一試。昨天中午來到,熱得要命,由於不太熟悉中環道路,所以走了一圈才找到目的地;店裡冷氣不太足夠,希望店主可以改善一下。跟著點了豬軟骨湯飯和蠔仔肉碎湯飯,這裡標榜用很多很多很多很多很多豬骨煲出奶白色湯,有很鮮甜味道;但昨天嘗試了,只是一般,沒有太大驚喜;豬軟骨沒有日式做法的滑和"林",是"鞋拾拾",而蠔仔不太多....價錢可以接受,每款30元(不包飲品)
