To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間白色小店是坪洲上為數不多的咖啡店，是住於坪洲三姊姊經營，故有人會稱為「三姊妹Cafe」。咖啡店白牆外有仿造草皮，配合室外座位，別具外國風情；店內則多以木色作主題，整體樸素怡情，很貼近坪洲予人的感覺。除了打卡，其食物質素和性價比亦高，是作為感受坪洲閒適的好開始；順帶一提，雖然光顧時是閒日，但要是遲一點也要排隊，大家緊記要預留多點時間。主食選了【肉醬千層意粉】，外脆而內則是熱烘烘的千層麵，再加上額外芝士；假如你是愛吃芝士人士，必定更喜歡！另外，也選了她們有名的【蘋果貝殼酥】，酥脆內熱，加附上加配的雲呢拿雪糕；除非你不喜歡蘋果，否則都非常推介試一試。飲品則點了【Caffe Latte】，Espresso底很出，份量都相當不錯。
