To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽聞平日午餐想食一冰廳有啲難度，今日星期六終於去試左佢哋嘅早餐，供應時間由七點到十一點半，好彩今次唔洗點等就入到去坐低。點餐非常簡單，每張枱上面有擺餐牌同紅筆，自己填好交俾待應就可以等食！（第一次見ABC唔跟順序排列既餐牌🤣）沙嗲黑豚公仔麵配蔥花炒蛋及奶油豬（半份）（$36）沙嗲牛就成日食，沙嗲黑豚好有新鮮感，沙嗲汁上面有少少芝麻幾香，屬於味道比較甜既沙嗲。大大份炒蛋可以免費轉蔥花炒蛋，口感同味道更豐富，烘脆既奶豬好豪氣地落好多煉奶，滿足！雪菜肉絲福米配煎雙蛋及厚多士（$33）雪菜米竟然有得揀福米，可以食幼米，多士烘得兩邊都脆，不過唔太熱，牛油都融唔到！值得一提既係牛油係好夠凍，食品存放得唔錯。飲品方面，即磨咖啡係落忌廉冲，飲落好香好滑好邪惡！
