To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 沙嗲王是香港另一集團式餐廳，相信好多人都食過了，對我嚟講是一路陪著80後成長的餐廳，以前係一路行串燒，小炒路線，隨著時代進步，亦增加不小日韓越菜式，當中亦有不少好吃好評的，雖然價格偏貴，但有品質保證，但最近一次去食，就有D失望，菜單小咗好多款式，連炸軟殼蟹也不見蹤影，只留下白咖哩香茅豬扒飯在菜單上，當然要食，豬扒厚切香軟，白咖哩微辣又夠多汁，唔會唔夠汁撈飯，再叫個薄餅嚟送，絶配。當然都有新嘢推介，個鐡板嬌嫩巨髀，跟飯或薯角，夠大隻又嫩滑，淨髀都飽，平日叫二人套餐較低，但紅日、六日都相對貴D。套餐有小食，飲品同甜品，五六個人去食，就可以食晒佢D推介，如果覺貴，可以食下午茶一嚐味道。但個蟹粉豆腐鍋真係偏咸，要下兩碗飯先食得哂。溫馨提示下，全日都要加一嫁～
