To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友行經旺角 the forest新商場，居然發現一間幾特別嘅餐廳🍴一見到白咖喱🍛就令我諗起沙嗲王，佢哋嘅招牌白咖喱豬扒飯絕對係經典抬頭望真啲係沙嗲王旗下品牌餐廳風格簡單而且有特色，門口好多部洗衣機，入面仲有好多工具🧰嘅特色牆好岩打卡脫去舊衣，呢個新裝更年青化，食物亦有加入新元素係如我點嘅白咖喱豬扒，不過唔係跟飯☺️而係可以跟現時流行嘅椰菜花飯，選擇上更多元化另外亦可以加$10多一碗龍蝦湯，味道非常濃郁，超級抵飲朋友點左一個大雜燴，揀咗蒜香蕃茄汁，味道香口開胃有漢堡扒、豬扒及雞扒，仲有一粒流心蛋🤩🤩非常豐富我哋另外仲加咗好多小食，價錢都好平仲加咗飲品
