To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早兩星期到屯門黃金海岸酒店入住一晚,原定安排了午飯過後再到酒店,但早上的工作提早完結,於是就乘搭了於11am從尖沙咀開出的穿梭巴士來到黃金海岸酒店,大半小時的車程便到達酒店,辦理好入住手續後,就找個地方吃午飯。走到酒店大堂,看見沙嗲軒,突然想吃一碗叻沙,於是便決定在這裡吃午餐。Laksa,馬來叻沙,$88,配料有雞蛋、蝦、墨魚丸、豆卜、雞肉、魚腐、青瓜絲等,深橙色的湯底,味道香濃帶辣,椰味不太重,像是瀨粉的麵條來自新加坡,麵吸滿湯汁,吃得滋味。喜歡吃沙嗲軒的沙嗲醬,醬內帶有花生碎粒,帶點甜,跟肉吃味道很夾,所以也點了一份雞肉及牛肉沙嗲串燒,$95半打,沙嗲醬味道依然香濃,不過肉質燒得偏乾及有點韌,口感就稍為失色,但總算入味又惹味。星洲炒蘿蔔糕,$88,以蝦粒及雞蛋來炒蘿蔔糕,蘿蔔糕上色較深,味濃也較辣一點,質感比上一次吃得多帶挺實,不太腍粉,吃不來不會過油。馬拉盞炒椰菜苗,$88,最後來一份蔬菜,侍應推介今天最好吃的是椰菜苗,說來貨質素很不錯,炒香後有點油份,但嫩綠又爽口。吃過午飯,在酒店內逛逛,於寧靜的環境下,放鬆的躺在木椅上,真的很舒適。休息一會兒後,便到水療中心做Chocolat
