To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢排成日食沙律，係港大差唔多食勻咁多間，CAFE330係俾到我驚喜嘅一間。本身諗住就腳，買左一個煙三文魚田園沙律試下，都冇抱咩期望，因為好耐之前試過呢到嘅意粉就冇乜特別。買一個沙律都會送一個沙律醬或者油醋汁，如果單買就要$3。個煙三文魚田園沙律入面有四塊細細嘅煙三文魚，份量合理，茶就有生菜，紫椰菜，青瓜，車里茄，同埋少少唔知叫咩名嘅菜，最特別嘅係仲有紅菜頭！啲菜全部都好新鮮，一啲發黃都冇，呢個係我最欣賞嘅地方！咬落去全部都好清新，紅菜頭幾juicy。煙三文魚有淡淡煙燻味道，而且好重三文魚味。佢呢到個油醋汁係一流！好香！比起港大其他所有餐廳嘅油醋汁都好食！一定要點呢個！完全可以帶出菜同煙三文魚嘅鮮味！埋單$30，其實係普通大學$30一餐唔包野飲都唔算平，不過呢排減肥所以冇辦法啦！佢嘅質素都可以收呢個價錢。
