To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

馬鞍山出晒名係美食沙漠，不過都仲有啲清泉，呢間老爹茶居就係呢度數一數二嘅清泉，佢主要係食西餐，走平民路線，好多附近嘅街坊都嚟開飯。😋今次我揀咗一個好特別嘅牛仔骨同埋紅蔥頭Risotto，粉紅色嘅Risotto米飯真係好Fancy，粉紅控見到一定會心心眼😍，味道方面都幾特別，甜甜地幾好味，口感亦軟硬適中，😋牛仔骨肉質恰到好處，亦好入味，以呢一區黎講，唔知食乜好嘅時候，呢度嘅食物同環境真係一個好選擇！
