最近天氣都轉涼咗,約埋啲朋友一齊去沙田踩單車,喺新城市交完車,行過去河畔食飯見到(叉燒大王)門口排隊,燒味最夠惹味,踩單車食下燒味飲下啤酒最過癮。豉椒炒花甲,豉椒汁夠稠身,花甲大隻而很索汁,充滿豉椒鹹鮮香。黑椒牛仔骨,最緊要肉夠大塊、夠厚、夠腍身。先炒黑椒,再落鐵板黑椒香味更加突出。薑蔥鐵板炒田雞,田雞大大隻,應該是即叫即劏,芡汁打得非常好,令田雞更滑身,濃稠汁掛上薑蔥香氣。叫得自己做叉燒大王,肯定對食物有一份堅持,有一份執著。多年嚟屹立在沙田,先可以贏得街坊嘅掌聲。三色蛋浸小白菜, 做浸菜最緊要湯底夠先甜,這裡應該有放些肉類提鮮,令菜更鮮甜。到叉燒大王當然少不了主角,叉燒。叫咗半肥瘦,顔色鮮紅面頭有少少焦脆,更富層次。 蜜汁蜜味充足不會死甜,豬肉更香口清甜。
