To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Hyatt Regency Cafe 🥩好耐都無食自助餐啦😂依排終於有機會去食🥰 第一次去試凱悅酒店cafe嘅buffet覺得唔錯🤩去到嘅時候啱啱好提供緊焗龍蝦～覺得配埋面頭啲芝士好好食🥰記住焗龍蝦系7點提供😂之後先好慢慢嘗試唔同嘅食物，而且都帶有驚喜😂食完焗龍蝦之後就開始去咗攞煎鴨肝配多士，真系好好食🤭食左幾輪先去識其他野😂試埋佢地嘅冷盤，例如波士頓龍蝦，長腳蟹之後就黎到下一輪重頭戲戶外炭燒牛肉😋大家真系要記得去拎戶外炭燒牛肉🥰真系好有feel，同埋最緊要系好好食😌佢哋會提供斧頭扒同埋牛柳，最啱食肉獸😂重頭戲之後，大家可以再試下自助餐入面嘅熟食，例如蒸魚，鮑魚同埋花膠😆個人都覺得唔錯😍最後到甜品環節，最鐘意食佢地嘅鯛魚燒同埋葡撻😂今次嘅體驗都唔錯，最緊要系因為啱啱好食到焗龍蝦同埋室外牛肉😂但系佢地buffet內嘅主食，冷盤同埋甜品其實都唔錯🙌。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。餐廳：Hyatt Regency Cafe 地址：沙田澤祥街18號沙田大堂
