To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一行6人即興約食飯最後決定去城中鴨子食片皮鴨由於不能訂位 只能早點六點去拎飛都要等到7:30才能入座 .一開始叫1隻片皮鴨加7個菜但第一個上菜的竟然是上海粗炒!而重點的片皮鴨要等到最後才有…而且份量都偏小松子黃魚也只能奇怪的叫半條份量食完片皮鴨後要再叫幾個菜才夠味道正常 不過略嫌有點油膩炸蟹鉗外層炸得鬆脆而裏面肉質彈牙 不過對比其他價錢有點略貴反而當中比較驚喜的是賽螃蟹和左宗棠雞賽螃蟹口感嫩滑 當中還有許多蟹肉和瑤柱絲而左宗棠雞咬落去充滿肉汁 味道也剛剛好片皮鴨比較欣賞的一點是皮和肉是分開的而且鴨肉部份也不會太韌不過份量比較少 味道普通沒有鴨香而且他的餅皮比較厚以及容易破經常在包的過程中已經穿了
