To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

現今的Brunch款式多如繁星,這樣說可能有點誇張,但事實就是如此。最近,曾到訪了一間供應日式放題的酒店餐廳,卻有意想不到的驚喜,除了食物出色外,模式也值得一讚。 能得到占苗如此高評價的,究竟出色在那兒,就是廚師會在客人面前即點即燒,務求客人們能吃到新鮮熱辣的食物。餐廳的設計是一眾客人U型圍著廚師,而各式各樣的食材就放在客人與廚師之間,待客人點菜後,師父會即時處理烹調,然後用船槳遞給客人,氣氛非常熱鬧。 這個Brunch叫「相撲手午餐」,只會在星期六、日及公眾假期午市供應,收費$478一個人,主打爐端燒放題,以及少量如卷物、前菜、揚物及甜品等少量的日式食物,相當豐富。 雖然沒有任飲的Package,但卻包一杯飲品。未開始前,點上一些前菜,好像蟹子沙律及麵豉湯等等,質素及水準一點也不俗。 同時,也點了一些卷物,其中的蔥吞拿魚卷做得相當對辦。再者,每位客人會額外有一份特選刺身,份量會根據人數而定,新鮮肥美。雖然刺身沒有任點任食,有點失色,但說到爐端燒的款式時,卻一點也不先色,就先從海鮮開始。 海鮮的款式不多,勝在質素搭夠,其中有西京燒銀鱈魚、阿拉斯加蟹腳及大虎蝦,剩是專攻呢

海鮮的款式不多,勝在質素搭夠,其中有西京燒銀鱈魚、阿拉斯加蟹腳及大虎蝦,剩是專攻呢幾款也已經回本。燒銀鱈魚絕對是占苗其中最為喜歡的款式,魚油豐腴,甘香無比,師父燒得皮胞肉嫩,好吃得令人愛不釋手,一人KO了兩件之多。

除了刺身不能任點外,還有一份廚師推介是按人數而定,今個星期原來是酒煮鵝肝。當打開錫紙時,一股香氣撲鼻而來,香氣四溢,即時來一碗白飯,放上鵝肝及醬汁,油脂香滲進飯內,美味得被俘虜了,有種幸福的感覺,什麼膽固醇都忘了。

其實,餐單上的揚物及前菜也頗為吸引,但目光卻後放在爐端燒上,什麼天婦羅及炸蟹餅也忘記得一乾二淨了,只點些日本青椒及冬菇來中和一下油膩。

燒肉也隨隨送到,牛肉網燒的吸引力完全凌駕在牛肋骨及羊架身上,看見燒至半生熟的狀況已知美味,入口柔軟,火喉很好,然而羊架也不乏支持者,隔旁的客人更一連點了兩次。

如果要說爐端燒非吃不可的項目,必定是燒雞翼及免治雞肉棒。相信燒雞翼是眾多人愛點的,她們有原味、明太子及餃子雞翼三種,各有特式,但要嚐到原汁原味的,非鹽燒雞翼了,燒得微微焦香又嫩口,入口又juicy;相對地,免治雞肉棒的味道較為普通,而且又沒有跟上雞蛋,可吃可不吃。

基本上胃口已飽了,但還有很多未吃的食物,好像骨付豚肉腸、雞軟骨串、粟米及日本蕃薯仔等等。

來到最後,實在有點吃不下了,可是芒果雪娘梅又做得幾吸引,再加點時令生果,實在非常滿足。

可能大家覺得在賣廣告,但令小弟吃得如此滿足的Brunch實在少有,加上實惠的價錢,又真的很難抗拒,已經急不及待再約友人前往。
