To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚光顧這間Delifrance，發覺它有很多款食物均沒有貸的我想叫個焗薯，話沒有薯仔我想改叫一個5號餐，又話沒有其他款式的麵包供應，只有法包(我就不太喜歡那些硬生生的法包了，寧可吃比較軟熟的香草包)我叫了另一款餐...想加$6要一個焗薯批...又話無唉，叫甚麼都沒有的！服務員雖然態度有禮，但卻是機械式的「禮貌」服務員︰「對不起，沒有薯批了...」本人︰「又沒有？你間店舖還有那些食物的？」服務員︰「...對..對不起，因為賣哂」我心諗︰鬼唔知咩？！？比佢吹脹...記得數月前，有一次來光顧，想叫杯凍檸茶服務員竟對我說︰沒有茶，賣哂你話吹唔吹脹？！？
