To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 脆皮素鵝 $65

叫得脆皮,果然無老作,碟素鵝炸到金黃,一咬嗰下真喺脆到咔咔聲,腐皮碎掉到一枱都喺,內裡仲夾有冬菇絲增添食味,唯個人就覺得佢有少少油膩啫,幸而沾少少醋就抵銷晒啲油膩感。

個名就夠晒靚嘞,查實喺咩嚟?咪就喺加咗啲南瓜粒、青豆粒嘅賽螃蟹囉,貪佢夠清,啱晒老婆食。啲蛋白白皙光亮,的確炒得嫩滑,沾少少浙醋,就如白皙嘅肌膚塗上胭脂,清爽好食又健康。

呢道菜既可以當餸,又可以當湯水,人少少就揀半隻,已經可以每人分到兩碗湯,當喺飲多碗湯水,如果揀全隻就要$320。先講個湯,鮮甜得嚟又好清,意思即喺唔會好油、好濁,而整件雞由店員撈出嚟,足半隻,可謂童叟無欺,難得啲雞肉又一啲都唔嚡,幾好食,配合埋包足料嘅雲吞,抵食。

野菌炒年糕 $98

呢道炒年糕就最能體現上海菜嘅濃油赤醬嘅神髓。年糕入口煙韌有咬口,醬汁個味道好濃郁,而年糕中混入好多野菌及紹菜,全素菜式,最啱我老婆。

值得一提喺菜水唔喺普通嘅香片、普洱,而喺四寶茶($12/位),味道比較幽香。上海菜都有唔少甜點,不過,無食到就埋單離開,皆因老婆預備咗個精緻蛋糕,另文再講
