To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

德昌食左十幾年,但諗諗下原來冇寫過佢的食評以前未係好出名,要去食易如反掌。而家,繁忙時間想食的話,預10分鐘左右排隊啦。呢度最出名當然係魚蛋同魚片,排隊時唔難見到一條條魚片好壯觀咁排列,色澤金黃,確係幾吸引,好多人都專程黎買返屋企。奉勸大家,黎得就唔好心多多叫其他嘢喇,因為質素一般,普通茶餐廳或粉麵店都食到,無需花時間排呢間。魚蛋粉($33)係必點的,價錢冇錯係幾貴(我以前食$20左右而已,加價密度超驚人),不過都幾大碗,當晚餐食都得。老實講,魚蛋唔算好高班,細細粒都幾彈牙,但就缺少香氣,反而魚片真係唔錯,邊位好香口,質感又爽。不過最出色都唔係麵碼,而係河粉,德昌的河粉暫時仲係我心目中的No 1,條條幼身軟滑,係可以直滑入喉嚨果種,所以,叫咩都好,配河粉一定加分不少。加入大量冬菜亦起畫龍點睛作用,令河粉味道更香。仲有,德昌係少有提供魚露的粉麵店,香氣同普通豉油係冇得比的,記得要落少少。值得去指數:
