有一日如果要離開香港我最掛住嘅鹹食應該會係清湯牛腩河粉係好油但做得好嘅河粉幼滑細緻亦值得留點quota jap幾啖清湯牛腩係香港嘅平民街頭小吃可配飯、撈麵或各類粉麵細個我最鍾意係搭個撈粗大啲先開始識食河粉呢碗嘅清湯牛腩湯底要畀讚油係油但油而不膩河粉本身有油表面再有牛腩湯嘅油脂增潤入口更加係滑捋捋!牛腩要半肥瘦煮得入味筋肉相連肉質好柔軟當我嗰碗牛腩筯有嚼勁偏彈牙唔錯!配個油菜係咁classic c 嘅配搭🙌🏻
