打完風就去附近的油塘逛逛,記得上次朋友說「老友記廚房」的豉汁蒸白鱔幾好味,所以專程行過嚟嘉賢居試吓,油塘地鐵站行過去都係六、七分鐘☺️豉汁蒸白鱔一向是我鍾意吃的美食。鱔魚鮮嫩多汁,搭配豉汁的獨特風味,散發出誘人的香氣。在蒸煮過程中鱔魚能保持了原汁原味,口感細膩,入口即化。豉汁的酸甜味道與鱔魚的鮮美完美融合,最後用埋豉汁撈白飯,好味😊椒鹽骨外層裹上鹽和香料的混合物,經炸至金黃酥脆。每一口都散發出濃郁的椒鹽香氣,入口後骨肉鮮嫩多汁,椒鹽的調味恰到好處,既能突出豬骨的鮮味,又帶來微妙的香辣風味😁欖菜肉鬆四季豆經炒熟後保持了脆嫩的口感,搭配欖菜和肉鬆的組合更加豐富了口味層次👍總括來說,這小店的小菜不錯,下次可以過嚟再試吓很優惠的下午茶餐呢☺️
