15/4/2024映完魔鬼山日落,緊係去醫肚😙喺Open rice 搵咗呢間老友記廚房試吓,即刻覺得好運氣,揀啱咗🥰平靚正!!! 我哋一行七人嗌咗兩個套餐,$328龍躉三寶(金銀蒜雲耳蒸頭腩、翡翠炒斑片、密椒薯仔牛柳粒)和$238精選三寶(鳳梨生炒骨、豉汁蒸白鱔、椒絲腐乳通菜)另後加咗椒鹽鮮魷,每個小菜都夠鑊氣,又好味,份量都好足夠。還有點菜後餐廳奉送每人一盅無味精靚湯,當晚是眉豆雞腳豬骨湯,好足料亦美味。 我自己就最欣賞個翡翠炒斑片及椒鹽鮮魷,前者味道適中,斑片啖啖肉夠新鮮;後者夠鑊氣,除咗炸蒜蓉外還夾雜咗少少鹹蛋黃令整個鮮魷更加香和惹味,伴酒一流😋 當然餐廳都有進步空間,例如個蒸頭腩有點過火,但味道OK,還有鳳梨生炒骨,用的是薄豬扒,上炸漿後略乾硬,整體味道不俗,賣相好。 重點嚟喇,除咗以上嘅餸,我哋仲嗌咗四支啤酒就三罐汽水和四個白飯,全餐消費只係$892,每人除開只係$127.5, 勁抵食🔥🔥面對北上消費熱潮,香港食肆好難維持,希望呢篇食評可以支持吓呢間良心食店,我哋一定會再幫襯,下次可以試吓個龍蝦伊麵餐,真心期待🥰⋯⋯

勁大鍋酸菜魚,見到都多料係入面。味道上酸同辣都好適中平均,唔會太過辣食唔到既感覺。魚肉片都幾多片,應該係新鮮草魚黎,食落肉質好爽嫩個口感幾正。個鍋底仲有寬身薯粉,吸晒個湯味好好食。
