To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尋日度諗住食個燒髀餐,點知水吧果度就話冇哂燒髀就叫我轉油髀。呢個無問題既,但令我意想不到既野出現啦唔知乜野雞髀話就話係油髀,但我覺得一鹵水味都冇。我反而食到有小小蜜糖味,而且個皮都幾脆架。睇黎我今餐都係當佢係燒髀會好啦,我都食過油髀既,但味道都係無燒髀咁好食。紅豆冰紅豆既份量都算多,杯野又幾好飲既。對於唔知食左咩髀既我,其實都無乜野既。可能大記既燒髀同油髀唔係咁易睇得出啦。
