To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

成日經過呢度, 見佢排曬啲串燒喺度, 好似好正咁今日終於試咗喇。呢間本身係一間泰國餐廳, 可以堂食, 門口呢個位就專賣串燒, 現成嘅串燒其實本來已經熟曬, 店員只係將佢燒返熱, 烘至微燶。燒好之後, 有三款醬料任你揀, 分別有甜酸醬, 泰式辣醬同沙爹醬, 自助形式, 要多要少悉隨專便, 超怕辣嘅我只可以落沙爹醬啦。 叫左一串雞腎, 一串牛, 味道唔錯唔會太鹹, 雞腎大大隻好爽口, 牛就稍為韌咗啲, 最緊要係啱啱燒起, 熱辣辣, 夠曬惹味。
