很多人都不明白冰室和茶餐廳的分別,冰室就以數款特色食品為主,茶餐廳着重多元化。今天便來了位於油麻地內一間以港式為主打的冰室。勁蔥厚豬扒飯$60,口豬扒肉質鬆軟,蔥油味道香濃,兩者配合得恰到好處。海南雞飯$60,雞皮爽脆,雞肉軟滑可口,加點自家製的海南雞汁,層次感豐富。凍鴛鴦紅豆冰,跟餐$15。甜度適中,咖啡和奶茶的比例剛剛好,加上軟綿綿的紅豆沙,是港式冰室的特色。油菜,表面加上點蔥油,令到爽脆的油菜多了一種層次感。熱鴛鴦,咖啡是即磨咖啡,因此咖啡味道特別濃郁,加上奶茶的濃度頗高,這杯熱鴛鴦的質素確是不錯。例湯:眉豆粉葛煲豬骨,店主強調沒有添加味精,因此例湯的鮮甜味道不是因為味精,是因為材料豐富。
