沾麵我食唔少,暫時食過最好食係深水埗某商場入面嘅沾麵小店,今次就試下周月。睇到門口有幾多米芝蓮推介,就估到應該唔會差得去邊。一入到店內要量體溫方可入座,每三個座位有一塊隔板隔住,都算衞生。廚房係開放式,完全可以睇到師傅製作工序同準備材料。之前唔知脆筍原來要事先炒香,真係大開眼界👀❤️ 燒黑豚沾麵 $119揀咗濃汁同涼麵。周月嘅沾汁比較濃香而且獨特,每啖都有好濃鮮味;原來係因為加入咗沙甸魚粉及鮪魚粉,再加入咗帆立貝油去令沾汁味道昇華。沾汁內有幾條豚肉同脆筍。麵條方面亦相當講究,麵條粗而有硬度,可以話係相當有煙韌。味玉唔算係好完美,醬油味唔突出。麵上亦有三塊燒黑豚,黑豚食落有炭燒味,富有油香,但燒得偏乾身。加$26蚊比三細片豬唔太值,下次會叫返‘周月沾麵’🤨好食度:⭐️⭐️⭐️✨(3.5/5)✅食完麵後可以叫侍應喺沾汁中加入雞湯。❤️ 香辣沾麵 $93面層有層好厚嘅辣油,個辣味比較單調,辣味蓋過本身沾汁嘅味,後勁強。唔食辣嘅朋友盡量唔好試,有一定嘅辣度!😅沾汁入面嘅肉偏肥,而且份量好少。好食度:⭐️⭐️⭐️(3/5)餐廳推薦度:⭐️⭐️⭐️(3/5)雖然係米芝蓮推介,但我覺得水準一般般,有少少失落。
