今日叫[赤沾麵]🍜,赤豬骨湯汁夠稠夠濃郁,將偏粗嘅麵條加入去,掛湯力表現良好,每條麵都沾到湯,麵條彈牙有咬口。日式叉燒🐖薄身又軟,味道偏淡,但同濃郁湯汁可以平衡一下。食拉麵沾麵一定要有半熟蛋🥚,喺麵屋武藏食過幾次,水準平均,蛋白夠色夠入味,流心蛋黃有煙燻香,一啖食曬半個最過癮😋。二重色炸薯餅有驚喜, 紫色芋頭香甜軟滑,保留幾粒薯粒,增加口感, 外層炸得酥脆。雖然係炸物,但唔油膩,同同事分享最啱。食完咁多濃味嘢食,飲返杯巨蜂提子梳打甜一甜😁。
