究竟La Saison 點將法南四季帶來,好有興趣想知⋯restaurant week 同友人嚟食lunch, 一進去陽光滿室,先上四種唔同口感熱騰騰麵包Starter 揀左carpaccio, 味道有d淡,同埋切得太細塊冇左質感Main course 揀左鵪鶉,皮脆肉滑,胸肉都好嫩滑,底下鋪了混左小萄葡的紅椰菜,味道口感一流⋯入口又浮現《山居歲月》作者搬到法南後餐餐美酒佳饌的情景⋯甜品揀了砵酒煮無花果,一向覺得無花果太淡口,煮了的無花果中間夾了奶油味道剛好,雪糕同可可片都好好味😋今餐以一杯cappuccino 結尾,感覺去了一轉法南,大滿足,懷念著法南溫暖陽光,盤算著幾時再訪普羅旺斯週日市集⋯
