自2009年起,每年一度的「法國五月美食節」是把法國的美食文化帶來香港我和我家那位也決定要嘗試一下法國美食 (ฅ´ω`ฅ) 選了這家位於港島的 Le Marron ~ 很喜歡這裡的格調,優雅佈置中透著一絲絲浪漫體現了法國這浪漫之都的美譽!也期待著這晚能感受得到法國美食天堂呢 (笑)點了兩份套餐~分別是$450 & $550 ~ 有前菜、湯、主食和甜品 ( ≧∀≦ )先送來一籃有各式各樣的麵包~可在等餐點時先品嘗一下其中一款有餡的覺得很不錯,麵包吃起來也很鬆軟飲品方面也點了兩杯的Mocktails ~ Orange Squash ($48) & Shirley Temple ($48)前者的那杯是我選的喔~不像橙汁那樣酸,加上梳打滿清新的喔Baked Burgundy Escargot with Garlic & Fresh Herbs Butter混了大蒜、香草和牛油一起焗,口感很軟稔。吃起來味道亦很香~不會有種腥腥的味道。下層的薯蓉則很軟滑 (゚∀゚ )Pan Fried Foie Gras with Caramelized Apple Ring & Old Port Jus酸甜的焦

酸甜的焦糖蘋果放於煎成略脆的鵝肝下面,加上內層那細膩綿密的口感
( ´∀`)σ 沒想到兩者的味道是這樣夾。如果覺得膩可以吃吃旁邊那沾了意大利醋的沙律菜

相對之下,我覺得這個傳統的法國洋蔥湯更濃~烤酥的皮還有起司!
整體很不錯,但我會比較喜歡洋蔥是帶甜味多點的

在喝完湯~主菜上桌之前,會有Sorbet讓我們清清味蕾~是青檸口味。
我家那位認為太酸~~但我則覺得還好耶

煎過的三文魚扒外層有微微的焦香~內層仍保留嫩口的魚肉 (●′ω`●)
雖不及低溫煮法的柔軟,但這種煮法可享受兩種的口感~且廚師有好好控制火候啊
佐上的香草橙醬讓整個菜式的味道適度地平衡喲~另外還有猜鹹味的BB薯仔和溫番茄!

Grilled "U.S. Holstein Natural 400 Days Fed"  Prime Rib Eye Steak 280gm
每次選扒來吃都很擔心~因為只要煮得過火的話就會浪費了
(,,Ծ▽Ծ,,) 不過這裡的肉眼扒不止份量十足,切開時有少許的血水滲出~肉質超鮮嫩!
肉汁亦滿滿~煎香後讓肉味更為濃郁,配上醬汁來吃更為惹味
還有很幼滑的薯蓉。就男生來說,吃到這個主菜時已經十分飽了吧?!

Baked Cinnamon and Apple Crumble with Vanilla Ice Cream
甜度有點太高,吃一兩口時還好~再多就覺得超甜
所以基本上都是專注在吃旁邊的雲尼拿雪糕,是廚師自家製的。

平時多吃到甜膩的心太軟,但這裡用上的是72% Chocolate ლ(^ω^ ლ)
有微微的苦味更得我喜愛!和我一樣喜歡吃微苦朱古力的可考慮這款甜品
