從Openrice得知原來觀塘有來自法國西南部的米芝蓮一星餐廳BriKetenia在港開設的首家分店, 網上餐牌睇落豐儉由人, 百多元起就可享三道菜晚餐. 既然咁近住所, 就約平日夜晚來試菜.當晚八點半左右來到, 全場滿座, 幸好已訂位.安頓後看餐牌頭盤主菜都有好多選擇, 樣樣都想試吓, 心大心細. 見到加五十蚊有甜品, 當晚甜品係芒果熱情果蛋糕配芒果雪葩. 想食甜品, 結果叫比較輕盈晚餐加甜品.先上一籃麵包, 芝士條酥脆香口, 另一款法包外脆內軟有麥香味, 淨食或配自家製蒜蓉鯷魚醬都好美味, 食完唔夠仲可以追加麵包, 以我咁鍾意食麵包梗係追加.傳統法國洋蔥湯比想像中清淡, 有好多洋蔥絲, 有洋蔥甜味, 飲落冇咁漏.溫泉蛋配野菌及火腿, 溫泉蛋比較熟, 唔係點流心, 火腿油份唔重但都甘香味濃. 野菌粒炒得香濃冶味.波士頓龍蝦扁意粉伴龍蝦汁用龍蝦蚶起肉, 鮮甜啖啖肉, 呢度菜味道剛剛好, 唔會好濃又苦.香煎鯛魚伴普羅旺斯雜菜及意大利香醋, 鯛魚皮脆肉嫩, 味道比較清淡, 加上少少苦味火箭菜同意大利香醋有提鮮作用.芒果熱情果蛋糕配芒果雪葩, 芒果雪葩質感軟滑芒果味道香甜似食雪糕, 蛋糕層層
