今日諗住同同事試下呢間新cafe,一早book左位,免得要等位,坐低睇完menu,眼見只得一位員工,仲要沖埋咖啡,不停揮手示意落單,唔知睇唔到定點,結果要行去水吧位叫佢,原來係要去cashier落order,仲要即時俾埋錢,勁奇怪,唔問都唔知,成間快餐店咁。店內大概有7至8張枱,我地12:41落完單,一直等一直等,等左好耐終於黎左一杯咖啡,中間見到廚房係逐碟逐碟咁上,連bagel都唔知點解要整好耐,仲要做完一枱先一枱。。。心諗... 我地咪有排?結果... 我個牛肋卷通粉係 13:30 先到!義式蕃茄醬慢煮牛肋卷心粉 - 牛肋條都煮得稔,都有五六舊,但我覺得個蕃茄醬就酸左d,overall不過不失。重點我地係只得1粒鐘既 lunch hour!中間係有問過仲要等幾耐,果位唯一員工一d唔好意思都無,只係答「整緊,要做完一枱先一枱。」其實如果人手唔夠,係咪要一早同個客講聲?難怪要收左錢先!再好食都假啦!我最後係要打包拎走,而我就用左成粒鐘 "好chill" 咁飲左杯 Flat White! 味道?我淨係知餓左一粒鐘,番到公司倒晒入口!
