To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間譚仔永遠唔會令人失望，任何時候去都要等好耐先有得食。無論你係食晏定係晚飯，堂食定外賣，請預左至少要等半個鐘以上先有得食。午飯時間更加犀利，等一個鐘閒閒地，你lunchtime冇返個半鐘都千祈唔好考慮，你去要等外賣等到無時間食晏，咁係你自己唔啱，因為呢度就係得咁多人手，你唔應預以為佢係一間連鎖麵店就會好快手。問佢幾時有永遠係話好快，叫佢取消佢永遠話整緊，務求令你一定要遲到。你見到舖頭得幾毎客就唔洗等好耐？sorry一樣照要等半個鐘以上，你永遠唔知佢仲有幾多張外賣單要做。所以你坐低或手機落單之前一定要諗清楚，呢間唔係一間快餐店，你究竟有冇閒餘時間去食呢？否則，後果自負，責任不在店家。
