好耐之前已經bookmark🥺 野食唔錯,服務好好。waiter好仔細介紹Menu而且臨走前chef出黎問我地意見🤣🤣🤣
我地叫左tasting menu w/ wine pairing 再係 a la carte叫野食。starter PERFECT EGG係Le Bistro Winebeast signature dish 流心蛋黃加上口感幼滑嘅奶油蘆筍湯,仲有巴馬火腿嘅鹹香😚 而餐前酒甜度較高好清爽 十分開胃
至於mains方面,我地最鍾意grilled fish底下個clam chowder 超鮮甜😍 仲有蜆肉 chef話係附近街市買嘅蜆😆
很合襯
口感會較為結實一點,可是卻仍然十分柔軟
