我同BB多數都會去食西餐來渡過我們的紀念日,如果係我拍板,通常都係到赤柱或尖沙咀一帶的餐廳來渡過,不過今次由BB拍扳,來到中環既呢間法式餐廳渡過我們的紀念日~~大家都係想睇下我地食左D乜野好野食姐!來了!首先,有多數西餐廳主菜之前都有既麵包!第一個,稱之為沙律既 Steamed Whole Artichoke truffle vinaigrette上台時,熱呼呼的,點食法?一塊一塊剝離,食中間既肉,口感似軟身薯仔肉,但味道好清新,佢唔係肉類,但頗有肉感,好特別!第二,Spinach Crepes Black Truffle Cheese 外面似用pizza皮包住既春卷,但內裡是芝士和菠菜,中間的芝士因為愈熱變溶,香味非常,但芝士味又唔會cover菠菜的鮮,加上黑醋汁,開胃不覺膩!第三,Pan Fried Foie Gras 鵝肝,外脆內軟,口感非常好,切開後,中間還有少許粉紅的,你諗下佢有幾幼嫩!?第四,我全晚最鍾意既,Market Fish in Bouillabaisse 聽老闆講今晚既fish係石班,外皮脆,但有湯底浸過,但不會,而且啖啖肉,配上蜆肉,魷魚,番茄,令海鮮既味道昇

聽老闆講今晚既fish係石班,外皮脆,但有湯底浸過,但不會,而且啖啖肉,配上蜆肉,魷魚,番茄,令海鮮既味道昇華,彷佛就係海鮮大集會,最後不得不提,佢用龍蝦湯底煮,我就鍾意飲湯既,佢個龍蝦湯底係我既飛佛,鮮咸味道,令呢道菜顯得十分perfect池!

係乳鴿黎,平時多數都會係酒樓食紅燒乳鴿,不過今次係烤乳鴿附上法式醬汁,有酒香味,但又唔會過濃,講返隻鴿,肉質嫩滑,正是皮脆肉嫩的榜樣!
