今日去到堅尼地城試一間法式bistro - Bistro du Vin曾經去過巴黎同南法,真係好中意好中意南法嘅蔚藍海岸!對住地中海果一片海真係呢生人見過最純粹嘅藍。好,拉遠左。想講嘅係開係西環海旁呢間小小bistro,令我諗返起尼斯果段一睜開眼睛就係一望無際嘅海岸線嘅日子,心裡面默默唱住梁靜茹嘅 "蔚藍海岸 遺忘你的遠方",好懷念果啲悠悠海風吹過嘅時光呀。入到門口就見到呢6支巨型酒。問過先知呢個size嘅酒叫magnum,係我地平時飲開standard size嘅2倍!而佢地嘅價錢就唔止係貴左一個double咁簡單啦,因為magnum wine係需要更長嘅時間去釀製,而佢地嘅品質亦因此比普通wine高上幾grade。Bistro入面,有少少暗,牆上有好多畫呀裝飾呀,都有feel嘅。感覺到想營造法辦風情嘅誠意~1.最中意食帶子,呢度嘅煎帶子配牛油唔錯,隻帶子夠大隻又厚身,又冇煎得過熟。2.Suckling Pig Confit唔好睇佢個樣就好似燒豬咁,呢度整到皮夠脆之餘下面薄薄果層肉又唔會乾,最緊要係唔會食落覺得油膩!值得一試。3.Rosemary Butter Roast Chick

3.Rosemary Butter Roast Chicken,燒好會全隻連埋Rosemary上左檯比我地欣賞下先,然後再拎去切,配埋青豆。嗯,首先青豆係我頭號敵人之一。隻雞呢,頭幾啖真係好香口好好味,但係好快就好易覺得溜。

4.最後黎嘅橙酒Souffle係highlight! 中意Souffle入口即溶嘅空氣感,而難得嘅係橙酒嘅味道反而會係口入面縈繞不散。配角朱古力雪糕都好有水準,朱古力味好濃又夠滑!估唔到最欣賞係個甜品,哈哈。

法國菜黎講價錢都叫都值得(法國菜一向貴._.)。
